HOW TO USE:

  1. Place ice packs in a bowl of water, let soak until plump. Place in freezer for at least 2 hours

  2. Insert frozen pack into fabric sleeve

  3. Place between the breasts and let the girls chill as needed

  4. Return ice pack to freezer between uses
